Chickpea Quinoa Cake

440g chickpea
1 shallot bulb
3 spring onion
2 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp salt
2 cups (275g) cooked quinoa
2 large eggs
2.5 tbsp olive oil

methods:
1. blend chickpea, shallot, spring onion, ginger, salt
2. add quinoa, egg
3. shape and panfry 5min
