Prepare 花膠/鱼肚
花膠/鱼肚 (滋阴,固肾培精,令人快速消处疲劳及对外科手术病人伤口有助复完之效)
1. Ginger,
Spring onion & water – boil for 5min and turn off the fire.
2. Place
the Fish Stomach into the water. Cover lid and leave it for 1-2hrs.
3. Remove
and wash.
4. Place
into ice water to soak for 1hr.
5. Ready
to use.
