Egg with JCW, Prawn, Mushroom

Egg with JiuCaiWang, Prawn, Mushroom (serves 3)

4 Eggs (beaten + add pinch of salt)
1 small bunch of JCW(about HK$5) (cut into 2cm long)
3 Shitake Mushroom (cut into slices)
2 big prawns (cut into pieces)

1. Stir fry chopped garlic
2. Add prawn
3. Add Mushroom
4. Add JCW
5. Add oyster sauce (water added)
5. Add Eggs
