Fish with Toufu (steamed or pan fried)

Fish with Toufu (steamed or pan fried)

1 Minced fish meat (ling fish) with orange peel
2 Toufu
3 Egg
4 Minced sausage
5 Chopped chinese parlsey (yuanxi)
6 Beaten egg

season with seasame oil, pepper, salt

steam 10-12 min (drain excess water after steam)
or pan fried till cook
