Coconut Chicken

1 Coconut (remove the dark skin)
1 Chicken (remove fat, scald)
Some white Chinese almonds (optional)

Bring Water to boil and put in Coconut & Chicken.
High heat for 20min. Low heat for 2hrs.
Salt to taste
