Stir Fried Pork Belly

Lean Pork Belly (abt HK$20) - marinate with chinese wine & salt
Cai Bo strip (soak to reduce saltiness) - stir fry & set aside
Tau Po - slice into half

Stir fry chopped garlic & ginger
Add Meat, fry till about 70% cooked
Add Cai Bo, Tau Po, water and cover lid to braise on low fire (abt 6min)
Add Spring Onion, sugar, light soya sauce (fry for another 1min)
