Chicken Wings with Potato

1. Steam potato (small potato, skinned) till just cooked
2. Defrost chicken wings, wash, leave it to dry (2hrs) or pat dry with towel
3. Marinate (2hrs) chicken wings with light soya sauce, sugar, salt, mashed garlic.
4. Pan fry chicken wings till slightly brown, add potato, oyster sauce.
5. Lastly, add coriander / spring onion

Pork Rib Lotus Root Soup

1. Green Bean - soak 20-30min, stuff bean into holes in lotus root
2. Put lotus root in water and brings to boil
3. Add slices of ginger, some honey dates, dried oysters, peanuts (do not have to soak)
4. When water boils, add blanched pork ribs
5. Boil 1-2hours
6. Add salt to taste
7. To serve the lotus root, slice into pieces
