Steamed minced pork with cuttlefish

Steamed minced pork with cuttlefish (courtesy of my mother-in-law) 1 Mei Cai (soak 10-15min) chopped into fine pcs 2 Minced Waterchestnut 3 Minced Pork 4 Chopped cuttlefish (soak till soft before chopping) Step 1 fried meicai with lightly smashed peeled whole garlic for 5min, 2 add minced waterchestnut, set aside, remove garlic 3 mix all, add corn flour 4 steam 15min, drain excess water (after steam)

1 Minced fish meat (ling fish) with orange peel
2 Toufu
3 Egg
4 Minced sausage
5 Chopped chinese parlsey (yuanxi)
6 Beaten egg

season with seasame oil, pepper, salt

steam 10-12 min (drain excess water after steam)
or pan fried till cook
