3 bananas – chop into small pieces

2 eggs

120ml milk

80g butter

Mix the above in a blender

Add half a cup of raisins and blend again

A cup of wheat flour (sifted)

1 tsp of baking soda (sifted)

1 tbsp of baking powder (sifted)

1 tsp of cinnamon powder (sifted)

Half a cup of brown sugar

Mix well

Add the wet ingredients into the dry. Mix well

Preheat oven. Pour into grease pan. Bake 180 degree, 40min

 

 

 

 

 

Sweet Potato brownies

1. Sweet Potato Puree 0.75 cup

2. Oats / Flour 6 tbsp

3. Sugar 2/3 cup

4. Cocoa powder 6 tbsp

5. Baking soda 1.5 tsp

6. salt 1/8 tcsp

7. Cocoa chip 6 tbsp

8. Egg 1

9 Greek yogurt 1 tbsp

Bake 20min 160deg
