Grilled Egg plant
1. Cut 2-3 eggplants into strips, lightly season with olive oil, salt, black pepper
2. Oven bake for 15-20min (180-200 deg).
3. Serve with dip / sauce / dressing (dark soya sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, olive oil. Optional: paprika powder, finely minced fresh garlic)
