Pan Fried Fish Cake

Pan Fried Fish Cake (courtesy of Aunt Fong)

Fish Paste (unsalted/unseasoned) $10
Minced  1. Dried Orange Peel 陈皮
              2. Kaffir Leaves 
              3. Coriander 芫茜
Season with Salt, Corn Flour, Pepper, Sesame Oil
Add 2 tbsp. water
Mix well and Pan Fry

Note:  Do not add Ginger, else not crunchy
